The views through the window are breathtaking, the sea and the rock of ifach are the first thing you see when you wake up in the morning. The other bedroom with twin beds also has plenty of light and a large built-in wardrobe with storage space.

    The bathroom is also equipped with a shower with screen, a w.c., a wash basin with vanity unit and mirror, it has a window with lots of light.

    It was completely refurbished in 2005 installing the ceramic floor, the carpentry of the wooden doors as well as the pvc carpentry of the windows are climalit and mosquito nets, they are all first quality materials as well as the lighting of the ceiling with led spotlights being of low energetic consumption.
